My journey towards becoming a therapist began with therapy and self-reflection. I wanted to understand my reality better, and through self-discovery, I realized that I could use my life experiences to assist others. This realization led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and it has been a wild ride! I’m here to help you on your journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Taking a humanistic approach to therapy, I want to work with you to help you understand and appreciate the importance of your self-actualization.

I work with individuals of all ages who struggle with conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, autism, ADHD, and more. My focus is on creating a safe and supportive environment where we can work together to achieve self-actualization, self-growth, and self-love while reducing emotional suffering and crippling symptoms caused by mental illness.
