Meet Your Clinician
Kat Man, LISW-CP

With 16 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including those facing mental health challenges, homelessness, trauma, and grief. My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, and I integrate techniques from motivational interviewing, DBT, CBT, and ACT to provide tailored support for each client.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their struggles with depression, anxiety, and PTSD, fostering resilience and growth. I believe in creating a safe, empathetic environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my furry companion, taking walks, and curling up with a good book. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and personal development.
