Meet Your Clinician
Meghan Clark, MT-BC, Counseling Intern
Hello! I’m Meghan Clark, a Counseling Intern working toward my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life and emotional well-being through evidence-based, compassionate care.
As a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) with more than nine years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve supported clients through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you identify what’s keeping you stuck—and empowering you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
In our sessions, I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals.
You’ll also have the opportunity to experience the transformative power of music as a healing tool. Music can reach parts of the self that words sometimes cannot, offering a creative pathway to expression and growth. Whether we incorporate music therapy or traditional talk therapy, our work together will be grounded in compassion, creativity, and respect for your individual journey.
