Specializing in anxiety, depression, PTSD, marriage counseling, couples counseling, counseling individual with physical, mental, and developmental challenges, career counseling, and individual counseling I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, helping individuals develop strategies for personal growth and emotional well-being.

I earned an MS degree in Psychiatric Rehabilitation from the University of South Carolina, School of Medicine and have undergone advanced training in ADHD, Autism and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe in the power of building a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions freely.
